Our clinic offers specialised mental health programs for people who may have experienced limited success with their current treatment approaches. Our team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and therapists work together to provide comprehensive, closely supervised treatment pathways, potentially including advanced psychotherapeutic methods.

We focus primarily on individuals experiencing Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Treatment-Resistant Depression (TRD). Our approach is holistic and personalised. We collaborate with each person and their usual healthcare team to determine whether our programs are suitable.

• Screening and Assessment: Our lead psychiatrist and medical team will conduct a comprehensive review of your mental health history and current needs. Based on this evaluation, they may then recommend a care program that aligns with your individual circumstances.
• Preparation Phase: If screening indicates suitability, you will be paired with two specially trained therapists. You will set treatment goals and intentions together. If necessary, existing medications may be adjusted or tapered under close psychiatric supervision.
• Therapy Sessions: Eligible patients may undergo carefully monitored sessions in our purpose-built facility. Your therapist pair and our lead psychiatrist will be available to support you throughout.
• Integration Sessions: Following each therapy session, you generally attend three follow-up appointments (integration sessions) to help you process and reflect on your experience.
• Long-Term Follow-Up: We track your progress for at least 12 months, scheduling periodic check-ins for ongoing support and safety. Throughout, we maintain communication with your usual healthcare team.

We work closely with your current healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care. Once you are referred, our clinic collaborates with your team so that your treatment aligns with your ongoing needs and goals.

Our team consists of trauma-informed professionals and health professionals who are registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

Everyone's situation is unique. Published clinical trials on certain forms of therapy for people with treatment-resistant conditions have shown that roughly two-thirds of participants achieved a clinically significant response. Our preliminary clinical experience reflects similar trends, although individual outcomes vary. Among the patients we have followed for at least three months, benefits appear to be durable. However, longer-term follow-up is ongoing.

Our purpose-built environment is designed to promote comfort, calm, and safety, with:

This setting allows for close supervision by our therapists and psychiatrists at every stage of the program.

Costs vary depending on factors such as the number of sessions, your personalised care plan, and any additional services you may require. Some private health insurers or government agencies may provide partial coverage for mental health treatments. We encourage you to speak with your insurer or contact our administrative team to explore your options.

Not every patient will be eligible. Our program is intended for individuals who meet specific clinical criteria, including a confirmed diagnosis of PTSD or treatment-resistant depression. Our psychiatrists, in collaboration with your referring clinician, will determine whether our approach is appropriate.

We require a formal referral from your treating doctor (GP, psychiatrist, or another clinician familiar with your history). If you do not have a formal diagnosis, you can book a screening appointment with us to discuss your situation in detail.

• Australian or International Referrals: We accept referrals from across Australia and overseas.
• Collaboration: Once referred, our team will coordinate with your existing care providers to ensure seamless continuity of care.
